The Role:
Provides engineering and technical expertise to the management of well integrity for the existing and new stock of land, platform and subsea wells in accordance with the client's Minimum Standards and Guidelines and the approved client's Well Integrity Management System (WIMS)

Provides integrity expertise, including preparation for well works and wellsite supervision.
Management of well maintenance and service contractors will be a key responsibility.
He/she conducts activities in a manner fully consistent with the Internal Controls Framework (the client's Business Principles, Standards and Policies).
The job holder reports directly to the Completion Team Leader and is a key member of the asset Well Engineering team.
His/her peers will be responsible for the well integrity part of all well related issued in the Trinidad and Tobago Asset.
He / She will be responsible for a continuous improvement process of well integrity and updating the WIMS.

Supports the Completion Team Leader in creating and sustaining healthy HSSE behaviors in the organization and on all rig- and work-sites.

Job holder is one of the providers of operational well integrity, maintenance, and servicing expertise to the whole of the asset well stock.
Contributes to delivery of the Business Plan by carrying out the assigned Functional scope of work in accordance with the client's Way and the Internal Control Framework. In particular, this will require 1) Ensuring that the requirements of the client's Value Assurance Framework and Wells Delivery Process are honored. 2) Identifying any compliance gaps to Functional standards, developing options and plans to address them and proposing any dispensations as appropriate. 3) Ensuring full compliance with local regulations. 4) Responsible for the issuing and records of wells under dispensation
Maintains accurate records of all installed wellhead, xmas tree and completions equipment.
Update records as equipment is tested, inspected, serviced, repaired or renewed.
Trains and coaches production operations staff in Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) testing, including preparation of support materials to explain the requirements, procedures and reporting.
Monitors the timely and effective implementation of the established testing, preventative maintenance and servicing schedules.
Periodically reviews the appropriateness of inspection, maintenance and testing procedures and frequencies in response to changes in service conditions (pressure, temperature loads) and equipment condition (wear, erosion, corrosion). Amends schedules as required.
Monitors electronically and manually recorded well data (gas and fluid flowrates, pressures, temperatures, annular pressures) to ensure that wells are operated within their established operating envelopes and to detect deviations from anticipated performance.
Ensures that annulus pressure monitoring and recording is carried out diligently on all producing and shut-in wells.
Establishes procedures for the management of annulus pressures; ensuring that operational staff are trained and competent and that the physical arrangements are suitable for investigation of pressure build-ups and for performing relief work as required.
Review and update the client's TT wells MAASP and MAWOP guiding document.

Reviews risk-based appropriateness of equipment installed on wellhead annulus outlets against well construction and operational standards. Generates AFE proposals for changes as necessary.
Prepares for and supervises diagnostic work on wells with unexpected behaviors (e.g. multi-rate flow rests, annular pressure management, etc.)
Prepares for and supervises well integrity operations to meet programmed data acquisition objectives.
Prepares handover documents as specified and supports generation of Management of Change documentation as required.
Creates and maintains a lessons learnt database for well integrity and to facilitate continuous improvement in practices and procedures.
Assesses and audits the capabilities of the service contractors engaged for well integrity, maintenance and repair activities. Provides advice and guidance as required to assure service quality.
Ensures that repairs and renewals are carried out to the correct specifications and manufacturer recommendations.
Ensures that client's owned and rented well service equipment and tool inventory is appropriate and suitably maintained.
Trains and mentors junior well engineers to develop the required awareness and knowledge of well servicing and well integrity activities.
Engages with local regulatory agencies (principally the EMA and MEEA) to ensure alignment and compliance with all requirements
Responsible for entering well data into the Wellview data management system.
Collated and submit monthly, quarterly and yearly WIMS reports.
Manage, collate and submit monthly KPIs reports as per the client's standard.
Ensure operational MOCs procedures and standards are maintained.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Genuine HSSE commitment and behaviours.
Able to communicate expectations to service company management and to field personnel at well site working levels.
Wide and extensive experience in well maintenance, testing, inspection, service work in land, platform and subsea wells (in office and in field supervisory roles) is required for the position.
Strong knowledge of well integrity management systems and field implementation practices.
Strong detailed knowledge of well service wellhead and xmas tree assemblies & specifications and associated tools.
Effective professional relations with service companies at all levels, in both planning and execution activities.
Good knowledge of the E&P Value Chain and of cross-disciplinary interactions with Well Engineering.
Experience of working in different cultures, physical locations and organisational structures (operated, JV, non-operated etc).
Minimum of post high school technical certification is required. Preference will be given
