The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
• The Leadership and Management Development Leader is accountable for development and delivery of a multi-faceted, robust leadership program that ranges from coaching, mentoring, assessment & evaluation, job experiences, action learning, training, and other methodologies, tools and resources, spanning leadership levels from front-line supervisors/managers to executives.
• Will design, build and facilitate a Leadership Academy for managers including courses and program designated for High Potentials
• Will oversee Development Review Boards (DRBs) for emerging talent and High Potentials (HiPos)
• Designs an internal Executive coaching model for Designated Leadership talent and personally coaches Leaders improving their effectiveness
• The position engages with Leaders as primary clients and manages the leadership development function which provides expertise in construction, design, delivery, and measurement of leadership capability development programs and tools

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and Advanced degree in Org Behavior, OD, Industrial/Organizational Psychology is required with specialized continuing education in the area of Human Resources Organization Development strongly preferred
• 10-15 years experience in a large, global, fast paced, results-oriented company with a demonstrated history of success in leading teams to drive business performance with 5 – 7 years mid to upper level management / supervisory experience
• Superior strategic planning and operational deployment skills; ability to translate vision, strategy and business requirements into clear actionable goals, motivate team performance and achieve results
• Exceptional Leadership, client engagement, and relationship building with unimpeachable personal integrity
• Demonstrated design and senior level consultancy expertise in the following practice areas: Leadership development, team development (particularly senior leadership teams), strategic planning and execution, and facil
