The Role:
Job Description

• Independently facilitates cross-functional teams in the improvement of challenging work processes for the Area and SBU level which include business partner companies.
• Demonstrated expertise in application of knowledge in both advanced Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Analyzes complex data, understands process performance and develops detailed plans to close gaps.
• Able to apply advanced Lean and Six Sigma theory and concepts to projects.
• Occasionally participates in program deployment to expand the Lean Sigma program across Global Upstream.
• Assists with the development of training material, web site content, and project database structure. Provides input into the Lean Sigma governance documents
• Routinely trains and mentors Green Belts and Project Champions in addition to personally delivering high impact project results.
• Coordinate SBU plan to engage business partners in growth of their local process improvement program.
• Assists SBU Process Advisor with monitoring the program metrics. Executes the Lean Sigma governance.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree with GPA more than 3. Engineering is preferable.
• Lean Master or Six Sigma Black Belt. Certified Black Belt or Certified Lean Master is preferable.
• Work experience involving Lean sigma application more than 3 years with track record of deliver lean sigma project saving more than $500,000. Experience in the area of Engineering is a plus.
• Good command of English
