The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The overall purpose of the role is to support the Learning & Development Team in delivering excellent customer service and key financial business processes. Working in a small team, as part of the wider L&D function, this role requires strong administration skills with finance experience.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders
- Monitoring invoices and chasing payments
- Updating trackers
- Maintaining elements of Learning Management System
- Booking venues, catering and general events logistics
- Co-ordinating requests from L&D Consultants
- Liaising with training suppliers to coordinate training dates and materials
- Acting as a point of contact for the team and wider business on Learning & Development queries

Responsibilities may also include:
- Utilising the Learning Management System to run reports on key training and evaluation data
- Responding to inbox queries
- Supporting the On-boarding and Corporate Induction process and other L&D events and processes

Hours 8am - 4pm

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Admin IT Microsoft Office skills and Finance experience - to high level, team working, customer service, problem solving, attention to detail, planning and organising, managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Learning and Development or HR experience Finance processes and experience SAP, ITESOFT experience desirable Data management and system usage General administration
* Good general education Microsoft Office IT Skills qualification
