The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The overall purpose of the role is to support the Learning and Development team in the co-ordination of courses and assisting the team in delivering excellent customer service and key business processes. Working in a team, as part of the wider L&D function, this is a varied role encompassing many elements. Main responsibilities will include: Booking venues for Learning and Development events Raising and updating PO requests for Learning and Development events Keeping our LMS up-to-date Maintaining various databases Being the first point of contact for all Learning and Development queries Providing support with any Learning and Development events Maintaining the Learning and Development inbox "

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Key Skills:
1) Strong administration skills
2) Microsoft Office
3) Customer Service experience

Experience Required:

"IT Microsoft Office skills to a competent level Gmail skills - to a competent level Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing organisation. Detail orientated with strong organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with data management/data manipulations. Able to work on own initiative and work well in a team."

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience Preferred:
Any experience of HR or Learning and Development would be advantageous.
