The Role:
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Conduct learning needs analysis, development plan, and infrastructure and identify gaps, clear the roles in delivering the plan.
· Improve organization's learning by managing deployment governance processes & partnership with line management. Make sure it is fair opportunity for all. Blend types of education & training. Manage third-party learning and talent development suppliers.
· Assess the calibre and capacity of potential future leaders; deliver interventions to ensure that senior and potential leaders have appropriate development plans; encourage leaders to have clear and straightforward conversations with employees.
· Act as a talent broker; support the talent cadres as groups and as individuals.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
· University graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field Knowledge of organization development systems and investigative techniques/tools
· Knowledge of training and development systems and techniques
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
· At least 7 years of related work experience, the last 3 years in supervisory capacity
· Experience preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
· Highly skilled in training delivery, communication and presentation
· Excellent planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating training.
