The Role:
Role synopsis Provide support in annual review of training needs and demand planning. Support training activities. Ensure timely and accurate tracking of training administration details. Maintain Learning Management system database according to global standardized processes.
Key accountabilities Learning Coordinators must build effective relationships with Learning&Development colleagues, the wider community of learning and HR professionals, discipline capability, delegates, facilitators, course custodians, vendors and suppliers. • Application of standard learning operations process to Azerbaijan/Georgia/Turkey Region Programs. • Proficient use of learning management systems and other Client data bases in support of learning development programs. • Timely and accurate communication on program -related enquiries with internal and external customers. • Deadline focused understanding the consequence to financials and customer satisfaction levels. • Deliver accurate compliance report to the client groups on regular basis and as needed • Register and distribute training certificates to respective employees • Contribute to performance and process improvement through relevant focused project work • Ongoing identification of opportunities for continuous improvement. • Detail focused, able to deal with data analysis for reporting, and present final outcomes in a user friendly manner • Strong customer service focus when delivering learning administration processes • Analysis of compliance reports in defining the future training demand • Support Audit actions closure and other compliance projects

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education • Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration
Essential experience and job requirements • Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in reporting/data analysis.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Other Requirements (eg Travel, Location) • Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with the use of Root Cause Failure Analysis.
• Experience working with data, analysing information and distill insights from it.
• Experience producing reports and managing KPI’s.
• Experience in meeting facilitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities in a calm, professional manner.
