The Role:
The Learning and Development function of our client is going through a significant period of change, moving from business aligned L&D teams to a global operating model. To support the transition of our people and activity we require an experienced process consultant to design and implement a number of core processes that will underpin how the learning function operates.

Design innovative and effective processes that underpin how the learning function operates •
Identify key customer touch points that provide a best in class service and hide the ‘internal wiring’ of the learning function •
Effectively manage the deployment of agreed processes both internally and externally ensuring there is a logical sequence based on impact and risk •
Improve the efficiency of the L&D model by removing unnecessary hand off points and streamlining activity •
Provide external insight to inform our time to market and improve our agility whilst ensuring quality standards are met •
Develop a gate model with associated decision points to govern the lifecycle of L&D activity •
Document the required policies, ‘how to’ guides and supporting collateral to ensure agreed processes are sustained in the L&D function •
Collaborate with members of the Learning and Development team to ensure our requirements are met and that all recommendations are future proofed •
Provide insight and commercial based recommendations on tools and technology to further improve our effectiveness •
Provide expert consultancy, identifying and taking opportunities to share knowledge and skills across L&D. •
Develop associated assessment methodologies, frameworks and approaches in order to make data driven decisions that continually improve our core processes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong influencing and communication skills. •
Takes an enterprise wide approach and is collaborative, adaptable and able to understand the dynamics of large, complex organisations. •
Skilled in matrix working and is able to manage change in a complex and ambiguous environment •
Ability and appetite to problem solve •
Strong intellectual rigour and an appetite for professional development. •
Commercial acumen and broad business understanding. •
Able to work conceptually as well as having the focus to execute. •
Track record of building successful, collaborative relationships across all levels and business functions •
A skilful team player with the ability to network effectively up, down and across the organisation. •
Planning & project management across a matrix organisation
