The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Legal Administration Assistant. The primary function of this position is to assist and support the Legal and Commercial teams in all administrative activities as required by the company.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
• To assist and coordinate the development (includes typing, formatting, scanning, copying) of all Legal and Commercial department documentation, eg meeting information, procedures.
• Manage the diaries for the senior Commercial & Legal team members.
• To prepare weekly, monthly and Corporate Services reports.
• Take meeting minutes and information as required.
• Establish and maintain filing systems for commercial team.
• Co-ordinate correspondence and appropriate approvals for various legal/commercial documentation.
• Assist the Commercial and Legal teams in the smooth operations of the office activities.
• Develop and maintain an online and hard copy data storage facility to house executed, legally required and security documents.
• Maintain general office administration such as expense claims, timesheets, invoices and stationary requirements.
• Assist with CATS input, processing, time writing, data management, monitoring and reporting of Purchase Requisitions, Orders and Contracts in SAP.
• Develop and maintain accurate User Manuals for key administration procedures and processes for the Legal & Commercial teams.
• Assist the Travel department making staff travel arrangements as required from time to time and complete all necessary documentation to support the requests.
• Arrange any external requirements as requested.
• Develop and maintain strong teamwork within the Legal & Commercial Team.
• Participate and support procedural and new developments by teamwork with other administrative staff and department PAs.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Secondary level, Year 12 preferred.
• Previous experience within a Legal environment (Essential).
• Microsoft office skills, particularly in WORD & EXCEL.
• Strong office administration skills and records management.
• Organisation skills (capable).
• Strong team working and sound communication skills.
• Enthusiastic & ability to multi-task.
• SAP R/3 experience (preferred, but a desire to be trained).
