The Role:
The purpose of the Legal Administrator role is to provide general administration and secretarial duties for Managing Counsel Commercial Europe, President of Nigerian business, Senior Counsel Members, Regional Medical Director and Security Manager.
Duties include travel bookings and diary management, timesheet entry, cost allocations and filing of original corporate documents.
The role requires attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to prioritise and mutli-task.

Main duties:
• General daily admin duties (copying/scanning/filing/typing) for employees.
• Archiving files and coding documents for the legal department
• Dealing with Expenses, Invoices, Visa applications, Travel and hotel bookings
• Raising purchase requisitions and Coding Legal and Security Invoices through SAP
• Meeting room bookings, Entertainment function bookings
• Preparing legal department budget and quarterly charge-outs to clients

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom on a regular, full-time basis without restrictions.
• A professional and confident individual, with a positive approach.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
• An ability to work proactively and autonomously or as part of a team.
• Reliability and respect for confidentiality is an absolute requirement.
• SAP Proficient.
• Microsoft skills (ACCESS EXCEL & WORD).
• Effective communicator.
• Good time management, planning and prioritising skills.
• Advanced level proficiency on Microsoft Office applications desirable (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
