The Company:
Our client a Major Oil and Gas Operators main focus of investments is the companies engaged in power generation, water desalination, and production and storage of oil and gas. In addition, it has invested in mining, metal, and services sectors.

Our client has investments in over 60 companies. Our client owns majority stakes in assets that provide about 85% of Abu Dhabi's power generation and 90% of its water desalination capacity.

The Role:
◦Tracking changes on contracts and proof reading documents to ensure accuracy is maintained.
◦Arranging meetings for the legal team
◦Making files.
◦Ensuring accuracy of data inputted.
◦Handles all calls effectively, ensuring accurate messages are taken and communicated.
◦Filing documents in appropriate location both electronically and in hard copy.
◦Audio typing.
◦Meeting and greeting visitors.
◦Arranging lunches.
◦Maintains stationary supplies.
◦Organises travel arrangements through appropriate channels as and when required.
◦Undertakes ad hoc administrative tasks when necessary under the direction of solicitors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦The successful candidate will have been trained to a high level in Word formatting.
◦This position requires the candidate to be able to create documents that are perfectly formatted so that they can be used by a variety of people who will be able to rely on the document performing in the manner to which it has been dictated.
◦The candidate should ideally have experience working with legal documents e.g. large documentation that has numbering or bullet points.
◦Self motivated and able to work on own without supervision.
◦Excellent attention to detail.
◦Organises and prioritises time effectively to complete the work in a timely manner.
◦Presents a professional service to the Legal team.
◦Seeks out opportunities to provide a more efficient and proactive service to the Legal team.
◦Very proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software packages.
◦Willingness to enhance IT literacy through training.
