The Company:
a midstream downstream oil company is seeking a legal coordinator

The Role:
Managing Key Government Departments such as MIGAS, BKPM, and Government Offices
Do the external relation with government in regards with company permit, licenses etc to ensure the smoothness coordination with the government, military, police, ormas, local community, contractors, media, etc

Function:
Responsible for maintaining valid required licenses/permits with various authorities.
Responsible for preparing, analyzing, revising and filing contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
a. Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts
b. Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables
c. Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy
d. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
e. Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings
2 Company administration : Track authorizations and correspondence, and maintaining detailed and organized files
3 Legal work
a. Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements
b. Ensure that contractors, suppliers and the clients are in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations
c. Research on new legal requirements/laws/regulations, as and when the need arises

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree In Law
English proficiency both written & spoken
Understand the process of country licensing
Has good relation, network and familiar with the working level of various authorities

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience

Skills:
Contract review & drafting

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
only candidate with the right to work in Indonesia will be considered
