The Role:
Responsible for providing professional and efficient legal advice/ services for Company's offshore projects and operations with the objective of safeguarding the legal and commercial interests of the Company and its Shareholders.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Honors Degree in Bachelor of Laws/LLB or Barrister-at-Law from recognized universities / institutions.
 At least 10 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas industry of similar capacity.
 Have at least 3 years experience as a practising lawyer
 Familiar with upstream legal work and/or activities
 Possess a valid Company Secretary license is an advantage.
 Strong analytical abilities with legal problem-solving and decision making skills.
 Possesses good command of the English language and drafting skills.
 Meticulous attention to details, and competent organizational skills.
 Possesses sound legal research skills and knowledge of the oil and gas industry (upstream).
 Involves in tendering process for above threshold contracts.
 Able to draft bespoke contracts to accommodate specific structures and business needs.
