The Company:
The Multinational Mining Company which has been operating in South East Asia Pacific Region.

The Role:
1. Handle and manage all land acquisition matters, dealing and negotiating with the local community and relevant government body
2. Approach Government body relating with land acquisition and Community Development matters
3. Plan, monitor and control resources to maximise the efficient and effective use of finances and people in order to ensure that all activities are completed to time, cost and quality targets.
4. Lead and support team members through organisational change effectively so that improvements and benefits are realised and better ways of working delivered which support customer and environmental needs.
5. Provide high level direction for the application of policy and process into and across the function/s in an efficient and integrated way.
6. Monitor progress of work, identify risks in the delivery of priorities and implement timely resolution of issues, to ensure appropriate reallocation of time, finance and effort and enhancement of the service.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Law Preferably
- Preferably has experience in Mining sector
- Corporate legal & license administration; Company restructuring; Company Acquisition; Commercial litigation; commercial law.
- Legal & License in land acquisition,
- Good relationship in national level government & another legal entity.
- Experience from corporate level in multinational company is advantaged.
- English, both oral & written.
- Good communication and social skills
- High level of integrity
