The Company:
Our client is one of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world. They oversees and manages all the operations associated with seven LNG trains, two sales gas production facilities, helium production facilities, major shipping contracts and global commercial partnerships.

The Role:
The Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator will be responsible for actively promoting LL&CI programs and managing those programs throughout venture activities.

Key Result Areas will include:-

To develop, maintain and steward the venture LL&CI systems and processes.
To assist projects with the identification, screening and deployment of LL&CI.
Responsible for auditing or otherwise assessig the performance of projects with regard to capturing and implementing LL&CI.
Network on a routine basis with other organizations by actively supporting the continuous improvement and Lessons Learned programmes.
Independantly evaluate or otherwise assesss the performance of venture projects EPC contractors and their suppliers / sub-suppliers to assure projects execution in accordance with contractual standards.
Provide feedback of effectiveness of the venture LL&CI processes.

The successful person will need to be able to work with little supervision, to make decisions and solve problems related to a specific discipline / field. You will have to be responsible for your own work product with minimal supervision, guidance or oversight from the immediate supervisior. You will need to establish credibility with peers and supervisiors and make good use of your working time.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience with comprehensive and complex management systems
Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the construction of onshore / LNG facilities

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
BA or AA degree in Engineering or Science or 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Quality Management of Engineering, Construction and Completions Projects (including QA and QC Management and Completions Management)
Previous experience working with an Operating Company
