The Role:
• To maintain accurate operations and maintenance records of the field based light vehicle fleet
• Without any delegated responsibilities assist the Company site representative for the light fleet maintenance contract
• Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, inventories and fuel consumption per vehicle/driver/km.
• Assist in maximize training, development and employment opportunities for local nationals and community staff.
• Oversee fuel station operations
• Maintain accurate and auditable fuel inventory, receipts and deliveries records.
• Maintain and report on agreed KPI for fuel utilization in the field..
• Accountable for all HSE management for fuel station.
• Conduct vehicle fuel station HSE facility inspections.
• Participate in asset-level HSE audits. Ensure actions assigned to the section are followed-up and closed out.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Arabic and English language
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field as fuel station manager or senior storeman.
• PC skill in managing various records..
• High personal integrity
• Accounting experience
