The Role:
LiveLink Business System Coordinator is accountable to the UK onshore and offshore management, to support the LiveLink records management system used by all UK departments.
The major elements of the support role will be involved with are:
• Demonstrate expertise in Livelink functionality which include; creating and managing collections, adding or modifying categories and attributes, maintaining permissions and security
• Build relationships within the business unit and have the ability to collaborate well with the BU for accepting guidance to implement solutions
• Create bulk imports or exports to Livelink EMEA for the UK business, using the Bulk Importer tool (Training will be provided if required)
• Manage Remedy and resolve tickets for the EMEA Livelink Admin bucket
• Assist users with the removal migrated data from legacy S:drives
• Maintain and deliver regular Livelink KPI reports
• Good working knowledge of the Record Management (RM) policy, programs, process, and be recognised proponent of RM

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required and Preferred Skills / Education/ Competencies:
• Computing Science degree, B.Sc. or M.Sc. or comparable education. Non-computing education may be compensated with documented relevant experience of working in similar role for a production / operations facing IT organisation.
• Strong communications and networking skills
• Highly motivated, self reliant, problem solver
• Analytical, planning and organisation competency
• Technically competent in LiveLink
• Experience of a LiveLink rollout project
• Experience of bulk data loading into LiveLink

• A service focus; ensuring that a balance between customer need and corporate standards is achieved
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
• Proven ability in business implementation of a LiveLink system
• Documents records management background
