The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
We are seeking a Shutdown Planner to work on onshore oil & gas shutdown projects.

The role will undertake the detailed scoping of individual work scopes, plan the overall work list and carry out scheduling for onshore asset shutdown activities. In this role, you will be responsible for coverage of all shutdown events onshore, and liaise with the Operations Shutdown Planner who will develop the overall integrated activity plan.

• Ensure all relevant shutdown activities are captured and shutdown events are planned and executed in line with the projects shutdown management process
• Liaise with peer Planners across onshore and offshore assets as well as the production planning team to ensure alignment of shutdown events with the integrated activity plan
• Active involvement in all aspects of work order management processes including resource allocation, material allocation, task list creation and maintenance plan reviews
• Carry out scheduling activities ensuring detailed analysis of critical path logic and all other event activities
• Maintenance of the SAP database for shutdown related work
• Participation in shutdowns on site including updating the plan at the end of each shift
• Ensure SAP PM data is developed, maintained and kept accurate based on actual execution performance and lessons learned

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A trade qualification or tertiary qualification in maintenance management or similar is preferred
• Experience in planning and scheduling of large scale, complex shutdowns preferably within oil and gas - onshore projects
• Detailed understanding and experience with the use of CMMS - essential
• Experience with Primavera scheduling software
• Experience with Schedule Risk Software would be advantageous (i.e Pertmaster or similar)
• Experience with maintenance management business processes
