The Role:
Manage corporate loans and administer senior, including ECAs complex regulations and compliance, shareholder subordinated loans, Commercial and Islamic borrowing obligations, policies, procedures and Board of Director requirements in parallel with Internal policies and practices. Monitor the Company’s financial position to ensure adequate and timely liquidity available to meet the Company’s current and future financial needs.

Functional Duties
• Develop and implement the loan management processes necessary to meet the Company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify major problem areas in all areas of loan management Initiates evaluation analyses and provide management with recommended solutions.
• Initiate response and take appropriate action on lenders’ queries, observations in coordination with related departments for its resolution.
• Oversee daily business activities, formulates solutions and recommendations, and provide control over internal control matters not covered by standard practice or precedent.
• Develop and maintain systems and processes for loan utilization, and monitoring of each facility in compliance with financing agreements.
• Provide counselling for operating loans exposure, while minimizing risks.
• Manage corporate loans utilization by maximizing, collecting, analysing and documenting financial information for reimbursement through financing activities.
• Liaise effectively with Intercreditor Agent, Facility Agents, direct Creditors, ECAs, and Sponsors in resolving issues and challenges for smooth loans operations.
• Ensures timely funding collections.
• Manage external and internal audits and prepares required analyses.
• Respond to the requests of Executive Management for information and analysis of loan data relative to its operations.
• Support forecasts future financial position and plan for procurement of funds from available loan facilities.
• Performs and job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager.

Managerial Duties
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by division staff.
• Perform all tasks and activities in accordance with Sadara’s policies and procedures.
• Assess the level of skills of employees and identify the need for development programs.
• Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree
• Extensive experience in loan management.
• In-depth knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of short term and long term financing.
• Knowledgeable in ECA, Commercial and Islamic financing terms and regulations.
