The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
Our client is currently recruiting for a Logistics & Administration Assistant - Topside. The primary function of this position is to assist and support the FPSO Topside team in all logistic and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures
• Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times
• Proactive role to identify and close hazards on worksite
• Completion of at least 1 Hazard Observation (HAZOB) Card per day, to be reported to HSE Team.
• To assist and coordinate the development (includes typing, formatting, scanning, copying) of all department documentation.
• Coordinate correspondence and appropriate approvals of documentation
• Maintain and update all Topside team documentation
• Ensure the appropriate filing, referencing, distributing and archiving of all Topside team documentation
• Assist travel arrangement for the Topside team and FPSO team when required
• Organise internal, external meetings and interviews for Topside team
• Acting as interface between parties, e.g. with contractors and vendors
• Support FPSO Services Engineer, including minute taking and other coordination requirements.
• Secretarial support (Schedule management, Arrange meeting appointments and Company visit) to Topside Manager

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

The following Qualifications and Experience are a requirement of this position:
• Minimum Secondary Year 10, preferably Year 12.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience as an admin or clerk preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong team working skills
• Successful negotiation demanding communication skills with different cultures, between offices around the world
