The Role:
BASIC FUNCTION:
Under minimum supervision, performs broad assignments requiring the exercise of judgment and ingenuity. Has to have good working knowledge of Third Party Logistics responsibilities, field requirements for material shipments, delivery requirements, to manage effectively and in line with Division and Corporate Policies and Procedures on all aspects of sector Logistic processes. To conduct activities in accordance to Company core values.

DUTIES: AUTHORITY
 To be familiar with and conduct duties in line with the Policies and Proceduresincluded in the Global Supply Chain Procedure (HQS-OPS-PR-02) and relevantDivision Manual.
 To conduct activities in line with the Company Core Values (FIRST).
 Oversee all aspects of the third party logistics provider responsibilities.
 Familiar with local Custom regulations and adhere to these regulations
 Expedite with local logistic agents on the release of import and export shipment
 FACMS to be used for record and update of yards and warehouse inventory
 Oversee repair and return of equipment.
 Coordinate with buyers and suppliers to expedite Local Purchase PO’s as required
 Maintain accurate records of the movement and management of the Tubular for the rig(s) in the Sector. Helping to reconcile on a monthly basis.
 Responsible for the QHSE of the yards and warehouse, and ensure safety practices are per company’s high standard
 Proper storage and preservation of equipments at the yards and warehouse.
 Identify junk equipments at the yards and warehouse with Performance and Asset Managers’ assistant for proper disposal/sale per company’s policy.
 Receiving Notices are performed in timing manner for Local orders
 Familiar with CEVA shipment tracking tool “Project Vision”.
 Liaise with CEVA on oversea shipments, including review of the On Hand Report.
 Expedite with local logistic agents on the release of import and export shipment.
 Maintain proficiency in the use of ERP system generated information and its reporting capabilities
 Ensure material sent to rig is properly manifested as required and maintain efficient filing for reference and records.
 Provide support to the Re-activating Rigs
 100% Compliance to FCPA

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:
Associate Degree preferred or equivalent with at least 5-6 years of experience
Experienced in handling full spectrum of Supply Chain functions
SKILLS:
Extensive knowledge of shipping and export requirements. Proficiency with email and spreadsheet programs. A
working knowledge of company developed software programs
