The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Goals & Objectives:
Administration of inbound parts data receipt into Aftersales and Bentley systems.
Control of packaging materials ordering, stock, data collection and cost verification.
Working within a team of Warehouse operators and day-to-day working relationships with warehouse operations team, Aftersales, Quality, Aftersales Supply Team, packaging suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Administration of Inbound Receipting
a. Checking and confirming data accuracy for receipting in both POPIMS & SAP systems.
b. Creation (SAP & POPIMS) of goods receipt notes, inspection notes and processing to various Aftersales warehouse teams.
c. Accurate data movements of receipt to stock in SAP.
d. Accurate Data movements to receiving team, Inspection team or pre-packaging in POPIMS.
e. Support Finance team in data checking and verification
f. Administer financial stock data integrity (with finance team) through receipting to stock

2. Administration of Packaging Materials
a. Place and chase orders for packaging materials from approved suppliers at agreed costs.
b. Liaise on a daily basis with warehouse despatch team and packaging engineer for future materials requirements.
c. Check and verify packaging material invoices and pass to manager for authorisation.
d. Collate data for packaging material use and provide standard annual usage report.

3. Inbound "Bulk" Shipments
a. Select and arrange inbound "Bulk" shipment collections using carriers from the approved list, Utilising "Spot rate" quotation process
b. Check and verify invoices for inbound "bulk" shipments and pass to manager for authorisation.

4. Master Data maintenance
a. Create and maintain Logistics master data pertaining to each component.
b. Investigate and maintain Component Commodity code classification for HMRC export compliance.

5. Data handling
a. Create and maintain warehouse and logistics performance measures.
b. Review and use of data in support of continuous improvement activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
* Hugh standards of Data accuracy
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work and deliver within a time sensitive operation.
* Previous experience within a warehouse inbound product environment.

Practical & Technical Knowledge:
* Computer skills (Excel, Word)
* Strong working knowledge of POPIMS
* Good knowledge of SAP

Qualification:
* Aviation Security trained
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English
