The Role:
- Accountable for day-to-day operation of camps operation (food management, room management, POB management).
- Accountable for day-to-day operation/ execution of waste management, ground clearance, landscaping including revegetation on site.
- Accountable for day to day PTW (CoW) implementation at his/her area responsibility as Area Authority.

1. HSE Role
• Area Authority in particular Area.
o Ensure all COW are consistently implemented arround the camp area.
o Ensure all personnel involve in camp area are competent to perform their task.
o Ensure all risk are assessed and develop mitigation plan.

2. Supervise Camp Management day to day delivery
• Ensure all food materials are adequately stocked at site and processed in accordance with Company’s established Food Safety standard.
• Ensure the readiness of accommodation room including recreational room on site.
• Ensure consistent implementation of ISO-220000 and HACCP.
• Ensure high house keeping standard across Camp and Offices.

3. Supervise delivery of waste management/ ground clearance/ landscaping and revegetation at Tangguh LNG site.
• Ensure all waste (except hazardous and plant waste) are properly handled in accordance Company’s established standard.
• Improve and maintain landscaping and gardening in Tangguh LNG site.
• Ensure that revegetation plan are in place in coordiantion with Tanguh H&S Environmental Section
4. Continuous Improvement and contractor management
- Implement and support continous improvement using CI methodology.
- Ensure all budget are regularly monitored and reviewed.
- Ensure that quarterly Performance Review Meeting with contractors are conducted.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in Hospitality Management or Engineering

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Camp Management for Oil & Gas or other remote operations facilities.
• Has supervisory of direct/indirect contractor workforce (min 200)
• Familiar Food Safety and Industrial Hygiene standard (ISO-22000, HACCP)
• Understand the procurement and budgeting process of BP Migas PSC requirement.
• Understand the waste management and ISO 14001 knowledge.
Technical Competencies
• HACCP Knowledge (Essential – Strong)
• Camp / Facilities Maintenance management (Essential – Capable)
• Landscaping and Waste Management (Essential – Strong)
• Contract Management (Essential – Capable)
• Understand the procurement and budgeting process of BP Migas PSC requirement.
• Understand the waste management and ISO 14001 knowledge.
