The Role:
Reporting to the Materials and Logistics Manager the role of the Logistics Co-Ordinator is to manage the day to day Logistics activities including Marine, Aviation and shore base service provisions, ensuring a safe, cost efficient service is provided to Operations, Wells and Projects user Groups. The Logistics Co-Ordinator shall possess a sound understanding of current legislation and industry best practise in respect of Marine, Aviation and Shore based logistics services. This is a maternity cover role for 6-9 months. The Logistics Co-Ordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimisation of resources and contractor performance.

• Charter term and spot hire Vessels (ERRVs, AHVs, PSVs, Guard Vessels, Safety Standby Vessels)
• Manage vessel assurance as required and manage day to day interaction with appointed Marine Assurance advisors
• Vessel management and scheduling for Company’s core MRV supporting UK and NL asset groups
• Assist with the production of ITT’s, bid evaluations and Recommendation papers for vessel and Shorebase requirements in line with Company’s Supply Chain processes
• Administer logistics contracts, developing and reviewing contract specific KPI’s, reviewing supplier performance and provide feedback to Contract Owner to support performance reviews in line with Company’s Supply Chain processes.
• Process breakout of logistics invoices to allow correct cost allocation
• Report on monthly logistics performance and costs, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and cost reduction
• Review and establish logistic support required on an on-going basis for Company operations
• Attend performance review meetings, operations/campaign planning meetings, budget meetings etc. to establish logistics requirements.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions, and Service Entry Sheets on SAP as required
• Assist in budget process and compile budgets for marine and shorebase services to internal stakeholders / assets groups
• Complete the Marine and Shorebase monthly reports, environmental reporting and asset hub reports
• Provide ad-hoc logistics support for well intervention and project teams as required
• Ensure Marine and Shore based logistics services continue to be delivered in a safe and cost efficient manner
• Marine and Aviation activity, performance and cost reporting
• Continued representation within marine industry focus groups: MSF
• Ensure delivery value and quality in the execution of the contracting strategy for marine operations
• Ensure a quality service is provided on all marine PSV, AHV and ERRV vessel contractual and commercial agreement matters
