The Role:
• Perform all duties with regard to Client AGT Policies, Guidelines and Government Legislation
• Perform all duties with regard to the Client AzSPU and Corporate HSSE Standards, Policies and Guidelines, the Health and Safety of others who may be affected and the environment
• Ensure all materials shipped to installation are compliant with the appropriate legislative and policy requirements (e.g. COSHH, dangerous goods, Waste regulations, shipping of explosives, certification etc.)
• Liaise with suppliers & confirm delivery time/ requirements
• Coordinate Installation supply vessel activity to ensure that all vessels and turned around and released as required / planned
• Assist in creation of Master Equipment List (MEL)
• Responsible for providing detailed vessel load out lists using the approved formal (LOR)
• Liaise with the Logistics Control Room Operator with regard to vessel movements to / from the installation
• Liaise with offshore Drilling / Production Supervisors for additional equipment requirements and planning for equipment and materials delivery
• Track and control all rental and direct issued materials / equipment using inventory management and MEL systems and processes
• Liaise with Bulk Specialist to monitor all installation bulk requirements
• Responsible to manage cargo prioritization and delivery phasing requirements to maintain safe and continuous operations.
• Participate in all operational meetings required by role
• Mandatory to participate in drilling morning meeting on the assigned project
Participate and be part of Logistics duty roster

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Azerbaijan citizenship.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Logistics.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in oil and gas industry.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Prior relevant experience and good understanding of drilling and production materials, marine and aviation.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work with a diverse group of logistics, operations, and contractor staff.
Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety
Good knowledge of Microsoft Systems – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong planning/scheduling and organizational ability to handle multiple tasks
