The Role:
Principal Accountabilities:
• Day to day logistics execution coordination.
• Ensure logistics continuity by close cooperation Contract Holders and Senior LC.
• Responsible for periodic reporting.
• Maintain close communication with well engineering, vendors and expeditors to ensure timely delivery of called off and procured material at the required site.
• Maintain close communication with Contract Holders for marine and aviation to ensure security of supply.
• Contribute to the development of the Logistics Execution Plan.
• Ensure daily communication and coordination to ensure planning and alignment of activities in support of Safe, secure, efficient and cost effective movement of personnel, material and equipment.

Key Challenges:
• To ensure that all logistics operations are executed in accordance with the Company Group Controls Framework.
• To ensure that all logistic and administrative support to forward operations is achieved in a seamless and proficient manner.
• To ensure good communications with all parties involved, and to remain cognizant of the wider operational aim.
• To ensure, as far as practicable, that logistic and administrative operations are not affected adversely by bureaucracy both internally and externally

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• A professional and competent logistics expert with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Must be keen to build competences in all areas of offshore oil field logistics support.
• Good intellectual capacity and analytical skills. Diploma from higher educational institution.
• The incumbent must be structured and have good administrative skills.
• Must have recent logistics experience, preferably in support of offshore operations.
• A good HSSE track record.
• Must have excellent communication skills – both written and oral. Must be capable of working, liaising and conducting briefings or presentations to contractor staff in English and Norwegian.
• A motivated and systematic individual with high levels of energy, excellent team working skills and a "can do" attitude with focus on customer satisfaction.
• A problem solver with ability to find practical solutions.
• Is able to operate effectively within a multicultural setting
• Is able to operate effectively within multiple location, under pressure and able to meet demanding timelines
