The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to work with them on an 8 month contract. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Provision of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the ILS Manager.
• Responsible for ILS Operations and coordination of assigned shipments
• IPMS interrogation, Raising and issuing Material Movement Tickets (MMT’s), updating ESR reports
• Attendance of Priority and Expediting meetings with Management and coordination of ILS Contractor meetings
• Interface with Materials Management, review and verification of materials required onsite dates
• Responsible for review and approval of ILS costs within appropriate DOA.
• Review and operational approval of ILS contractor payment submissions (CRS) against current contract terms
• Review of ILS Contractor performance against key KPI’s
• Liaise with Management on daily contractual matters with Freight Forwarder
• Review and coordination of instructions and costs for Marine Warranty Surveyor
• Supplier and fabrication location visits and engagement (international and domestic)
• Scheduling and reporting of shipments in accordance with ROS dates and MOF requirements.
• Alignment of activities (SIMOPS)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 10+ years working in both freight forwarding and Oil & Gas EPCm experience
• Previous experience of EPCm international logistics contract management
• Supervision of logistics operations
• Experience in cost and logistics subcontractor contractor management
• Adaptability/flexibility to adapt to changing environments
• Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to work in small teams.
