The Company:
Independent multinational oil & gas company.

The Role:
Pre- Drill Operations:

• Set up office and lay down space before operator move-in, assuring communication systems are up and running, as well as ample storage is available prior to start up operations.
• Sources offsite housing and additional office/storage if required.
• Coordinates and monitors bulk plant set up with respective contractors.
• Manages CCU and rigging requirements, assuring all equipment is properly certified, maintained, and complies with company standards before during and after operations.

Drill Operations:

• Oversees material and equipment movement among rig, Shorebase, and suppliers for efficient and safe delivery to and from location(s).
• Coordinates inland freight with contractors and suppliers to and from shore base facility.
• Manages work boat fleet to load and discharge cargo on time with shore base facility and rig, includes coordinating water and bunkering services.
• Liaise with shore base labor and assure proper lifting equipment and gangs are available when requested.
• Assure Company HSE policies are complied with shore base personnel, marine vessels, and contractors working in the shore base facility. Participates daily in JSA and daily safety meetings with shore base and work boat labor.
• Works with company QHSE rep in conducting spill control drills, and serves as on-site contact for spill control training and response.
• Maintains inventory control of tangible company equipment items through automated stock card system (Microsoft Access). Administers physical inventories throughout operation.
• Supervise and review all shore base related documentation, including but not limited to incoming and outgoing nota fiscais, cargo manifests, material receiving reports, fuel and water transfers, and waste disposals.
• Generates the following reports:
o Daily Shore Base Activity
o Daily vessel fuel log
o Daily Contractor rental tool and equipment
o Weekly Inventory on hand and detailed activity
o Monthly cash call details
o Monthly man hours
