The Company:
Our client is a major Oil & Gas operator in the early stages of FEED and Detailed Design on a major Oil & Gas development.

The Role:
- Coordinate the completion of all communication related to technical scopes of work, specifications, drawings and data sheets necessary for the EPC bid package.
- Work closely with the overall facilities team to champion an incident and injury free culture and manage interfaces by ensuring internal and external interfaces for the project are defined, tracked and resolved as well as providing an audit/oversight role for interface work processes.

Interface management input into the commercial elements of the EPC bid packages being prepared by the Business Management Team including: Commercial T & C, bid forms, commercial input to the EPC Bid Evaluation Plan, etc.

- Participates in Engineering meetings acting as the Interface champion for the interface management system.
- Work with all project groups to identify interfaces, preparation and update of interface documents.

Work with the Project engineers, discipline leads, management and EPCm contractors in relation to interface management, specifically focusing on:
- Alignment with Project work processes and project requirements
- Maintaining and updating the interface register database and other interface documents and tools
- facilitating information and data transfer between interface parties during all phases of the project
- Provide monthly reports on status of interface activities and status within the assigned areas.
- Identify, document and implement improvements to the interface management process and procedures.
- Responsible to coordinate communication of interfaces between the EPCM contractor and Company project teams (logistics, engineering, site execution etc.)
- Monitor and track interface issues and commuications and for all major contracts and ensure that contractor interface management system is functioning effectively
- As a part of the Assurance, Interface and Risk (AIR) Team, they will work closely with the Assurance and Risk team members and occasionally assist in assurance and risk processes and workflows.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Engineering/Techinical degree required with a minimum of 5 year industry experience;
Travel to and from vendor locations will be required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint; Also requires basic understanding of SharePoint system
Requires familiarity with new softwares and solutions as some interface management tools are using external softwares or web solutions. Person may act as focal point of contact for issues.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong coordination skills and experience with a Logistics background in freight movement in an international setting is a plus....
