The Company:
Leading of oil and gas

The Role:
•Monitor transactions in Oracle Inventory Module to ensure that transactions are recorded properly and in a timely manner from receiving to issuance, adjustments and write off.
•Ensure accuracy of the data being recorded to the Oracle Inventory Module as the transaction periodically flows to the Oracle General Ledger.
•Ensure that inventory transactions are timely and properly supported by appropriate documents to vouch every movement of inventory. And documents are properly filed for any audits reference.
•Coordinate with Finance and auditors for any inventory physical counts during the year.
•Prepare the necessary reports for conducting the inventory physical counts.
•Generate monthly report for Finance, Drilling and Logistics to provide information on what inventory are at hand.
•Ensure that perpetual inventory reconciliation is done whereby General Ledger balances are in agreement with the Oracle Inventory Module.
•Prepare coordinated reports for inventory write off.
•Assist Logistic Manager to prepare allocation worksheet of workboats, helicopters, and fuel for Actual, Budgets, LEs and Strategic Planning.
•Ensure that invoices of the logistic costs are valid and have proper supporting documents.
•Coordination with drilling is required in order to get proper costing to all AFE’s

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University Bachelor Degree in Accounting with good knowledge of accounting procedures, protocols and guidelines
Knowledge of the Oil and Gas environment.
Knowledge of Oracle system.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the inventory accounting field preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
Knowledge of drilling and production equipment is a plus.
