The Company:
Our Client is a global Exploration & Production company focused on the increase of production and reserves, the geographic diversification of activity with increased presence in OECD countries, operational excellence and maximising the profitability of assets.

The Role:
Following the instruction of Logistic Spt, To co-ordinate and control the movement of all materials, rental and owned, relating to the drilling and completion operations on the assigned rig. Ensure compliance with established procedures, legislation and health and safety guidelines for the offshore operation.

1. Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company Corporate and local HSSE requirements.
2. Ensure that all regulation of company consents and documentation are in place prior to commencing operations.
3.Inventory Control and Warehouse Management, Cataloguing, Manifesting & Tracking. Maintain inventory for all company owned and rental materials; ensure efficient turnaround of equipment in a cost-effective manner.
4.Control and reconcile the movement of all materials by sea and air.
5.Ensure Load-Out Lists are properly prepared and loaded onboard supply vessels. Issue Final Shipping Manifest and email to all concerned parties
6.Physical check of equipment returned from offshore, compare against Backload manifest and issue discrepancy report if required.
7.Co-ordinate all cargo details and documentation prior to loading and discharge of vessels to ensure a smooth and cost-effective turnaround of vessels.
8.Prepare all documentation including Customs and Dangerous Goods Declarations and special waste as per regulations; using computer and manual systems according to statutory and procedural requirements, ensuring all cargo is accurately documented.
9.Conduct physical verification of inventory/consignment materials, record quantity, condition and location
10.Materials planning, reconciliation and document processing
11.Evaluate / prepare write offs of damaged and deteriorated / defective materials
12.Coordinate with accounting department stock reconciliation (SAP, end of well reports)
13.Implement SAP system in inventory management, cataloguing, logistics & purchasing
14.Ensure equipment is properly & safely stored, casing properly racked & segregated
15.Keep track of Rental equipment and prepare necessary documents (i.e. Materials received, issued and returned to supplier)
16.Make all documents available on the public "Q" drive of the Company.
17.Ensure that the lessons learned from the operation are documented and disseminated as appropriate.
18.Preparation of End of Well Reports to include but not limited to, summary of bulks, rentals, bits, tubulars, opening stock levels, usage and closing stock levels. Also a summary of vessel and helicopter movements.
19.Foster good working relationships with onshore and offshore personnel.
20.Maintain close links with offshore and onshore customers to ensure all material priorities are identified in sufficient time so that contingency plans can be implemented where required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Confident user - Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and SAP system. Expediting experience and analytical skill
•5+ years of experience in offshore Logistic and Material Management for Projects in oil and gas industry. Proven experience in remote location, West Africa operations preferred.
•Personal commitment and proactive approach to Health, Safety and the Environment.
•Exposure to start-up operations
•Ability to fluently write and speak English (Spanish would be a positive).
