The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.

The Role:
The Logistics Operations Analyst will be responsible for the collation, analysing and presentation of operational statistics
and reporting focused on all Logistics Operations, in accordance with the Logistics Execution Plan.
• Assist in communication and reporting to Senior Logistics Management in relation to logistics operations.
• Daily preparation of Logistics Operations Briefing to Director and other management & contractors.
• Maintenance of current tracking databases, including proof of delivery times, volume indicators, KPI, etc
• Analyse daily, weekly and monthly logistics data and provide detailed reports as required.
• Work with operations to ensure proposed solutions comply with all HSS&E, IIF, Quality and Quarantine
• Weekly Liaison with Supply Chain Management and provide support tasks as required.
• Be able to work in a team environment and work along with Senior Management requirements and tasks.
• Be able to work to strict deadlines and provide detailed reports.
• Developing the strategy to problem solve for the delivery of project M&E to site in support of construction.
• Testing the capability and variability of the supply chain to deliver project M&E on time. (Perform simulations
with a model tool).
• Providing analysis of the Logistics Freight profile to the project for planning and information purposes.
• Briefing the Client and Senior Management on Logistics and the Freight Profile.
• Exceptional commitment to Project ethical standards during reporting.
• All other duties assigned as needed by Logistics Operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Microsoft Suite inclusive of Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Database knowledge.
• 2 years of high level reporting & presentations to Management level and above.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Some experience with data integrate management
• Some supervisor experience that shows candidate can lead or support small projects as required
• Some project scheduling experience
• Results driven.
• Strong analytical skills.
