The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
• Ensure materials are received, stored, issued and returned in accordance with user requirements and company policies
• Participate in regular cycle counts, stocktake and discrepancy reporting in accordance with warehouse management systems
• Ensure materials are transported in accordance with company requirements, relevant legislation and regulations
• Ensure materials are stored in accordance with user requirements, company policies, relevant legislation and regulations
• Ensure materials delivered meet the specifications of the purchase order and discrepancy reports are raised as required
• Use SAP computer system to perform warehousing functions
• Ensure quality service is provided to customers and warehouse services are responsive

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in dealing with ERP, warehousing and logistics systems (preferably using SAP)
• Knowledge and understanding of warehousing procedures and processes (preferably in an oil and gas industry )
• Specific qualifications in logistics and/or warehousing are not required for this position but would be well regarded.
• ‘C’ class driver’s license
• HR license
• Forklift High Risk Licence
• Dangerous Goods Certification would be well regarded
• Other relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications would be well regarded
• Other equipment and high risk licenses would be well regarded
