The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
• Coordination of interface between Logistics planning and the Stakeholders, which includes Construction, Contractors and Package Owners every week
• Investigating the freight profile for the package assigned to him/her
• Identify possible logistics challenges (key items/concerns)
• Propose solutions (together with the SCM team) to the key stakeholders of the package
• Logistics Package Analysis Briefs
• Supporting other members in the SCM planning team to deliver logistics plans
• Early Key Stakeholder engagement
• Regular site visits to validate and align contractors with service providers and supply chain capacities
• Mentoring junior staff
• Other Logistics Package Management directives as determined by the Senior Logistics Package Manager, Supply Chain Manager or Logistics Operations Director
• Complete safety training, driving training and safety forms and safety tool boxes meetings as required each month.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in major projects either on shore or off shore with regards to transport and logistics, sea fastening and grillage design and use.
• Logistics experience in distributing/planning on major oil and gas project, with off shore, quarantine and environmental constraints
• In depth knowledge of the shipment of large quantities of complex freight
• Detailed knowledge of the shipment and transportation of unique/large loads / OOG
• Current project management experience and commercial knowledge of large contracts
