The Company:
Our client is a large multi-national Oil and Gas Operator which explores, develops, produces and markets crude oil, gas and sulfur. They pride themselves in conducting operations in accordance with world–class safety and environmental standards.

The Role:
This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of a high profile project for a global oil and gas operator as it moves towards FEED stage.
The successful candidate will report to the Project Logistics Manger and perform as a key member of the overall Project Procurement Organization.
- You will manage and be accountable for business outcomes of the portfolio and be responsible for ensuring quality decisions are made and plans are implemented, measured for performance and executed with excellence to support project objectives.
- Collaboratively work with Construction , Engineering and EPCm logistic teams in the development and implementation of the logistic execution plan to deliver Modules / OOG equipment, materials, plant and equipment to meet project objectives and schedule.
- Proactively assess and analyze any key risks and issues that may compromise project objectives and schedule and develop plans with EPCm(s) to mitigate same.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the logistics work plan and resource budget, including cost estimates, 3rd party consultancy services and logistic contract and administration of KPI's .
- Work with cross functional teams to resolve schedule and resource conflicts.
- Provide Logistic Interface and support to the Central Project Controls Group in maintenance of project schedules, risk, cost and management of change processes.
- Initiate, establish and maintain business relationships with all stakeholders of the project
- Commits to and champions implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture
- Act as a member of the project team supporting Engineering, Construction, Business and Operations functions
- Coordinate with project team members, SBU SCM, project partners and the EPCm Contractor to develop strategies and tactics which maximizes commercial opportunities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Strong background of Logistics Planning and Project Controls on major projects in the Oil and Gas industry.
Modularization is a key part of this project execution strategy so previous experience in this area will be a distinct advantage.
Degree qualification preferable.
The role will require relatively frequent travel to Kazakhstan.
