The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Logistics Project Analyst International Plant Group Material Planning & Logistics: Combining in depth knowledge of materials handling with an ability to collaboratively work with and support both users and stakeholders, the key purpose of the role is to drive continuous improvement in the end to end processes and systems which support logistical needs. As an International future process and systems controller you will play a key role in project managing both the exploration and introduction of new systems and technologies, alongside setting and creating process standards to drive efficiencies within the materials handling environment. From the outset, you will have a high level of responsibility and be uniquely placed to assess the scale of change and the benefits whilst influencing key stakeholders.

Experience required:
•You will have significant experience of the Materials Handling process, ideally gained within a Logistics or technical operations role.
•The ability to demonstrate the aptitude to deal with multiple stakeholders and adapt your communication style from the technical to the operational in order to translate business processes into practical application on the ground.
•Experience of a major Warehouse Management system implementation would be highly desirable with a demonstrated capability to understand SAP system functionality.
• You must be able to balance the demands from the business with the technological restrictions whilst always being able to satisfy the business needs and ensure that the business is able to maximize its efficiency via the business system solution.
•You will be required to present at all levels of the organisation and must be able to demonstrate the ability to work within a team.
•You will have strong results focus, project management skills, have strong motivation and be able to identify opportunities.
•Demonstrated track record of innovation and creativity -The ability to influence and demonstrate lateral leadership -Strong networking abilities and relationship building
