The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 30 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Construction Stage.

The Role:
A 2 year contract is on offer for a Logistics QA/QC Coordinator, for a Darwin based residential role. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Work as a focal point for the company Quality management within the company integrated purchasing / supply chain system (SAP) for all catalogued and non-catalogued equipment for Operations, based at the OLB facility.
• Undertake the responsibility of participating as a super user within the relevant Quality management applications of the company integrated purchasing / supply chain system.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting of OLB based activities to the Central Quality team and other stakeholders where applicable, inclusive of all company inspection activities, material status, NCR status, third party inspection status, perceived concerns and a look ahead of planned activities.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of the inspection surveillance status to the Quality, Contracts & Procurement and Logistics teams from the SAP system reporting outputs.
• Review and approve all applicable documentation supplied for each spare component / assembly in order to establish compliance against the applicable codes / standards. This may include material certification, test and/or inspection records and/or full assembly MDRs.
• Identify and report all product and/or process NCRs through the appropriate company processes and procedures. Participate in the development and verification of suitable corrective and preventative actions.
• Provide input and guidance in relation to quality assurance and control to other internal stakeholders where necessary. This may include but not limited to Operations, Integrity, Maintenance, Preservation and Offshore.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Metallurgy), Inspection, Supervision or equivalent is required
• Australian electrical license preferred
• Demonstrable experience in relation to the warehousing and management of spare components and/or assemblies to support an operational environment.
• Demonstrable Experience in the review of applicable certification for components / assemblies in order to establish compliance against the applicable codes and/or standards. This may include material certification, test and/or inspection records and/or full assembly MDRs.
• Demonstrable experience in the identification and reporting of product and/or process NCRs and participation in the development and verification of suitable corrective and preventative actions.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Current inspection qualification(s) / certification(s) in a relevant discipline such as welding, mechanical or electrical etc
• Lead Auditor Qualification, with demonstrable experience in leading audits, or leading reviews in an operational environment
• ISO 9712, CSWIP, PCN or equivalent NDT qualifications or accredited NDT training.
• Demonstrable experience in performing QC inspections on a wide range of components and assemblies
