The Company:
Our client is a global Oil & Gas giant, with warehousing, fuel storage and a lubricants and grease manufacturing facilities in Pinkenba, Brisbane.

The Role:
As the subject matter expert you will work within the Lubricants Supply Chain, responsible for the following:

1. To proactively work toward Goal Zero. Comply with company and regulatory standards and Policies
2. Delivering continuous improvement to maintain compliance with Quality principles for ISO 9002.
3. Be a focal point for updating and contributing to information sharing within the Lubricants Supply Chain team.
4. Report into the Fountain Incident System all HSSE incidents, near misses and potential hazards.
5. To schedule deliveries within Delivery Promise guidelines and On Time In Full.
6. To schedule timely delivery of stock transport orders in accordance with Quality Management System.
7. Prioritise and manage Platinum customers, urgent orders and stakeholder expectations.
8. Optimisation of shipments, engaging carriers and delivering Route To Market KPI’s and returns.
9. Deliver improvements and participate in monthly carrier meetings where appropriate.
10. Maintain compliance to National Regulations including Fatigue Management, Australian Dangerous Goods Code 7th Edition, Safe to Load and Maritime Regulations.
11. Reconciliation of invoices together with National Purchase Requisitions Officer within Accounts Payable guidelines.
12. There will be a requirement for the incumbent to when directed carry out other scheduling/despatch roles.
