The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role:
 To provide a safe working environment for all site employees, keeping risks to an absolute minimum
 Ensure ethical behaviour in line with code of conduct
 Manage the environmental risks associated with the business unit.
 Create the environment that allows all employees to develop and succeed.
 Be responsible for overall profit and loss accountability for each business unit.
 You play a large part in the creation and implement the companies strategy towards the customer. This will be done through understanding the customer, their business, their strategy and their industry.
 Delivering the Business balanced scorecard across the existing portfolio.
 Maximise the scope of the existing portfolio ensuring contract renewal is achieved when desired by the organisation
 Plan and drive the overall growth of the volume within the BU’s by increasing the portfolio as well as new business opportunities (measured by contract performance) to meet the budget targets.
 Support the development of the service strategy and create a framework that allows the team to perform effectively and deliver the full portfolio.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Degree Qualified
 Strong background in the management of a service group
 Demonstrate excellent customer focus and front-end skills
 Good networking skills
 Results orientation
 Strong business acumen
 Strategic thinker
 Ability to make an Impact and influence change
 Strong people skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
 Knowledge of the product portfolio
 Experience of differing business sectors and industry familiarisation
