The Role:
Essential Functions:
•Develop required PM/PdM with specified frequencies/intervals •Completing SAP Equipment Master Data Form for new equipment •Establish and organize equipment bill of materials (B.O.M.).
•Develop and implement the maintenance and spare parts philosophy using •Provide lubrication requirements for all rotating equipment •Recommend training regarding new equipment to Maintenance/Reliability •Compile relevant equipment data (data sheets, drawings, maintenance manuals, data books) •Participate as a core team member on projects which have major significant Instrument, Electrical, Analyzer, and Mechanical components.
•Maintain continual communications with all personnel assigned to the project •Handle and document communications

Key competencies:
Strong knowledge and experience with project management • Must possess and demonstrate excellent decision making ability • Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken • Capability to be an excellent team player who shares knowledge and information • Knowledge and experience with Windows, MS Office Suite, MS Exchange and SAP • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to interact effectively with all people.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualification Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering with Instrument background preferred • Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management is preferred • 6+ years in Plant Reliability Engineering.
