The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
Job Purpose

To manage car sales activity (new and used) and all actions associated with this activity within the Works dealership.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
•Achieve new and used car objectives as specified and required by management, including company profit targets associated with car sales.
•Achieve F&I and CSI targets.
•Effectively manage team to achieve above defined objectives and targets.
•Coordinate marketing events and activities to support sales targets and raise brand and dealership awareness.
•Manage activity on DMS (Prospects and Customers).
•Maintenance of website and other online media tools regarding sales activity.
•Undertake stock management for both new and used cars utilising staged stock rotation.
•Appropriately handle customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
•Collaborate with the management team to deliver the wider dealer objectives.
•Manage sales aspects of the quarterly DOS audit.
•Integrate with the marketing function within the business.
•Manage bonus forms and ensure submissions are accurately completed.
•The post holder will undertake other duties which may be required to achieve the Company’s objectives, commensurate with the grading of the post.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Appropriate and relevant experience and/or sales training involving the sales process and customer handling.
•Previous Luxury Car Sales Management experience.
•A passion for the Aston Martin brand and automotive industry.
•Understanding of P&L.
•Relevant business manager experience.
•Evidence of delivering sales objectives and targets.
•Effective team management skills with the ability to motivate others and work as a team player.
•The ability to interface with Senior Manager and Directors within Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd.
•Professional communication and interaction with VIP customers.
•A smart personal presentation corresponding with the Aston Martin brand.
•Technical knowledge of motorcars.
•Post holder must be reliable, conscientious, confident and ambitious.
•This role will require the successful candidate to work the hours required of a working dealership including weekends and possible overseas on occasions.
