The Role:
Mission Statement
Responsible for sales of all the LBU products and Management for LVP through all channels in the Gulf. Define and implement sales strategies based on the business plan of each BU in line with the LP division strategies in order to achieve and exceed the agreed targets for the LVP Business Unit’s

Main Accountabilities

Sales and administration of LVP in the Gulf
 Driving the implementation of the business model in the market and clear action plan for implementation of the business plan with time frame,
 Guide and motivate the team managers to perform efficiently,
 Measure the performance of the team to support them with necessary coaching to achieve positive results,
 Weekly review with the team for their achievements as per the agreed targeted figures with KPIs,
 Coordinate with the marketing and Business development to have updated market intelligence and overview to facilitate have maximum coverage of the market,
 Evaluate the existing channels and ensure coverage of the market with balanced approach in the market,
 Coordinate with operations, logistics and supply chain manager to have good support to the channels,
 Drive the business aggressively to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs,
 Create synergy between the team for offering package solution to achieve sale of all the LV products, Support Communication department for organizing events for the Division,

Channel Partner Development
 Analyze the market requirements and have adequate channels (Distributors, Channel partners, OEMs, System Integrators) to cover white spots geographically,
 Strengthen the existing channel partners by providing techno-commercial support,
 Weekly review of agreed target KPIs with the team and concerned engineer,
 Monitor and update the grading of channel partners and elevate them to the higher levels,
Sales Support
 Ensure on time offers through the estimation team leaders,
 Estimation team leader to circulate the offer status for all the sales concerned to initiate placing and report status,
 Joint visit with channel partners for finalizing of project order,
 Release of sales price list to different channels with clear terms and conditions in coordination with the LBUs, Supply chain through price management coordinator,
 Appropriate branding at channel partner premises,
 Regular review with the sales, estimation, logistics and accounts to have total coordination for achieving the customer satisfaction and KPIs,
 Motivate and train channel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
 Electrical Engineering Background with minimum 10 years of experience in the sales and channel management for handling LV products.
 Good Organisational skills with people management.
 Experience in the local Market
 Building rapport with Channels and customers
