The Company:
Our Client is an Oil & Gas operating company.

The Role:
The Lync deployment project is to cover the delivery to small sites not covered in the 2016 Lync migration (approximately 16 Sites), re-visit sites partially deployed and requiring network upgrades.

Another project to lead is the Lync Polycomm Monitoring Development project which is intended to improve the E2E customer experience and service management.

A Project manager is needed to lead on the planning, stakeholder management and activities involved in migrating Company users onto this platform.

The role requires strong experience in project delivery and high capability in management of senior business stakeholders and IT&S support teams. The position will report to the Programme Lead for Transformation program and will need to engage successfully with other parts of the Global business.

* Accountable for Projects to be delivered on time, to scope and within budget in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with the Company Values and Behaviours and following the approved Company methodology.
* Responsible for reporting the project budget spend to principal leadership/project sponsor. Identification and ongoing management of project resources.
* Communication of project status to the Project Sponsor, the SPA and Project Governance Board.
* Identify and manage interdependencies and integration issues with other IT&S projects ensuring Project & Programme plans are aligned.
* Implement strategy and maintain of overall project scope/plan
* Steer the project to fulfil Quality Assurance responsibilities
* Partner with the other teams within BAS and/or I&IS, to ensure all requirements for Application and Run Support are met during the transition phases of projects
* Deliver solutions that ensure operational integrity and on-going reliable availability of the systems to the business.

* Create, select and gain acceptance of the project strategy that is most appropriate to meeting the requirements and delivers optimum value.
* Ensure the business case and benefits realization plan is translated into an effective project scope, schedule of work and costs.
* Manage the different projects following CVP/ IT&S PDM, ensuring that the project has a sound business case, detailed terms of reference, clear business requirements, effective risk management, quality management, change control, performance management and reporting systems and detailed plans that include milestones and deliverables that will bring the project in on time and under budget.
* Manage risks, resource conflicts and any interdependency between projects and their integration into the organization

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of and experience in Project delivery
* Strong stakeholder management skills at Senior leadership levels
* Experience leading complex deliveries requiring strong planning and coordination skills
* Project Management experience across multiple implementations:
* Risk & Issue Management:
o Able to manage budgets in excess of $1m annually
o Experience in the orchestration of metrics/management reporting
o Able to manage project risks and dependencies
o Ability to manage complex and senior stakeholder groups.
* Ability and confidence in managing activities with conflicting priorities.
* Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or other software implementation methodologies.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Lync migration experience would be an advantage
* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and source control and build tools
