The Company:
Our client offer design, manufacture, assembly & testing of complex, high-integrity mechanical and electromechanical plant equipment as well as waste management and decommissioning front-end engineering and methodologies to the nuclear industry

The Role:
The client is looking for 2 Machinists.

The Machinist will work flexibly to undertake a variety of machining activities associated with the manufacture of high integrity mechanical plant and equipment.

One role will be using any of our CNC machines (Soraluce miller, Hyundai borer, Hyundai lathe or Hartford miller).

The other role would be within our conventional machining area using either the Kearns and Richards borer or the Huron miller

Key Activities:

Working with the team leader to determine overall requirements of the job.

The Machinist will be studying the plans to determine machining requirements.

Producing a range of machined parts to plan that satisfy the time, cost and quality requirements plan.

Maintaining records for all work in order to satisfy company standards and procedures.
