The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Ensure that quality assurance is integrated in maintenance job planning and execution plans to support effective implementation of the Maintenance Work Process.
1. Ensure that effective quality plans are developed and implemented by both the client personnel and SMP and outside contractors executing daily maintenance, Projects and T&I contracts, including training plans, ratios for quality control personnel, non-conformance process, documentation, qualifications, auditing, forms, etc.
2. Monitor the effectiveness of the Work Process by identification, measurement and analysis of the client Reliability and Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), benchmarks, targets and time frames to identify high priority needs, drive the organization to focus on the highest priorities and evaluate progress towards long-term organizational goals to continually focus efforts.
3. Ensure development of Quality Assurance specifications and inclusion of these requirements in daily maintenance, Projects and TA contracts.
4. Work with Reliability and Maintenance leadership to identify functional KPIs, benchmarks, targets and time frames that will be used to monitor the Reliability and Maintenance work process results.
5. Oversee the development of the process to measure and communicate progress against KPIs, including tracking spread sheets, databases and websites.
6. Interface with leadership to monitor work process improvements utilizing the organization’s KPIs, including websites for continuous monitoring and routine updates at maintenance leadership meetings.
7. Work with Reliability and Maintenance team to ensure that an effective site maintenance organization is created to optimize site performance and ensure alignment of department goals and priorities.
8. Ensure the development of KPI measurement requirements and inclusion of these requirements in daily maintenance, projects and TA contracts.
9. Work with Site team to ensure that Reliability and Maintenance organizations effectively implement the KPI measurement program.
10. Oversee development of the process to measure and communicate progress against KPIs, including tracking spread sheets, databases and websites.
11. Provide training related to KPIs.
12. Ensure that all principles, procedures and practices strictly comply with EH&S’ guidelines, regulatory and permit requirements.
13. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
