The Role:
Provide administrative services in an effective and efficient manner to support continuous operations of the department.
Required skills: comprehensive computer skills (ability to operate Word, Excel and other MO programs), knowledge of E1 and Ariba systems, good English skills, applicable soft skills, time management, communication, etc. Knowledge of policies and RoK labor legislation)
Main activities:
Operate E1 system (for record of working time, filling in monthly timesheets, SO), Ariba (for material requisitions, PPE)
Prepare all supporting documentation for timesheet process as required by HR (sick leaves, overtime pay, vacation prikazes), update monthly manpower reports, coordinate all routine administrative tasks (travel and accommodation reservations, medical checkup schedule, rotational schedule, function/office equipment requisitions, inventory supplies, all incoming and outgoing correspondence), take care of arrangements for newly hired personnel and visitors (logistics including access to facilities and company networks), prepare supplementary agreements for position title/work location/salary changes.
Maintain confidential records and files.
