The Role:
We are currently seeking a number of Maintenance Consultants with varying discipline experience for a long term contract based in the South of England. We require candidates with Electrical, Instrumentation, Machinery and Fixed Equipment backgrounds (one of each).

Selected candidate should have experience of being a leader in safety within their area of speciality and have a good understanding of basic safety programs such as: Behavioural Based Safety Programs or a Incident Injury Free culture program.

Review Original Equipment Manufacturer spare parts lists and select required spare parts required to meet reliability objectives of facility.

Develop Equipment Parts Lists that include all parts associated with equipment contained within a processing facility.

Develop Model Work Orders that include step by step resource requirements to accomplish maintenance tasks.

Develop and/or review standard repair and maintenance procedures for fixed and rotating equipment and instrumentation and electrical systems.

Participate in Reliability Centered Maintenance studies, taking an active role and assisting the study team lead within their focused discipline

Develop and explore innovative options to address business requirements and vet within solution teams for proper solution suggestions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Selected candidate should have 15+ years experience working in a maintenance role in the oil and gas industry specializing in the following disciplines; electrical, instrumentation, machinery, or fixed equipment.

Selected candidate will be working with multicultural teams and must have strong personnel development capabilities to transfer skills to local employees
