The Role:
Purpose:
Provide day to day support to Supply Chain to ensure prompt and accurate Outline Agreement (OLA) creation and maintenance throughout the OLA life cycle.

Accountabilities and End Results:
Provide a professional sourcing conduit between the Industry Supply chain and the company internal customers to ensure services are available when required.
Compliance with all relevant Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Primary Functions:
OLA Maintenance - Create, Update and Delete within the lifecycle of Outline Agreements.
Vendor Queries - Provide support to Vendors by ensuring all queries are met satisfactorily whilst providing procurement expertise and SAP guidance.
Internal Queries (Procurement) - Liaise with Contracts Specialists and Supplier Enablement Coordinator to ensure alignment between existing contracts and OLAs.
Internal Queries (Accounts Payable) - Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices are paid in accordance with payment terms and OLA details. Provide training materials for onboarding new vendors.
Reportsn - Run the Service PO report and follow up any queries. Maintain an active OLA register that reflects the current status of each OLA.
P2P Metrics - Attend and follow up on any issues arising from the monthly P2P CoE Collaboration Meeting including metric reporting.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
An excellent knowledge of procurement processes and procedures is essential
Excellent SAP and Excel skills.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to interface with both internal and external clients at all levels.
Interpersonal skills that result in teamwork, influence, trust and strong relationships.
Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
