The Company:
An international energy service company,operating in fifty countries.

The Role:
Main duties:
◦ Responsible for supporting all aspects of maintenance activities occurring within the 14 day planning window including day to day support to the offshore asset.
◦ In conjunction with Asset Maintenance Planner, support detailed activity planning for maintenance activities.
◦Coordinate and support the installation in the preparation and execution of large planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
◦Providing operational input to the Asset Integrated Activity Plans (IAP), ensuring that changes to IAP activities are identified in a timely manner and that consequences are mitigated and reflected in an updated IAP.
◦Liaise with the hub team members & discipline engineers to ensure alignment of additional maintenance activities in the event equipment failures to maximize opportunities.
◦Incorporate close-out and lessons learned from breakdown maintenance, under the direction of the Asset Focal Point and Maintenance Delivery Team Leader to prevent re-occurrences.
◦Support management of business improvement and change. This will include follow up from reviews and audits.
◦Support hazard analysis and provide support in incident investigation as requested.
◦Participate as a member of the installation onshore support hub and develop effective working relationships and processes with all relevant onshore and offshore interfaces.
◦Note that this role will require a number of offshore visits each year

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
◦Competent user of IT packages, specifically Microsoft Office, Excel, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), preferably Maximo.
◦Experience within maintenance of topsides equipment within upstream oil & gas production is required.
