The Company:
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager the candidate will be responsible for undertaking various planned maintenance tasks and occasional new installation work in order to achieve a high level of service delivery. The individual will work as part of the Mobile Engineering team but must demonstrate a sound knowledge of all M&E building services and demonstrate ability to work on own initiative.

The Role:
Working as part of the Maintenance Team, as one of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers you will be responsible for maintaining high quality heating installations, repairs and maintenance.
You will play a key role in undertaking other PPM to a wide range of M&E Plant and Building Fabric.
You will also complete proactive inspections and any required remedial repairs as issued by the helpdesk ensuring contractual timeframes are successfully met.
You will work in accordance with the relevant PPM specifications, safe working practises, risk assessments and at all times ensuring timely submission of the required paperwork.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Demonstrate previous knowledge & experience in a Multi Skilled Maintenance role particularly in relation to electrical & mechanical maintenance services.
ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas
(Commercial Gas qualifications CIGA1, COCN1, ICAE1, ICPN1, TPCP1A)
A full driving licence is essential for this role
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all building services.
Demonstrate previous experience in Fault Finding with various systems (mechanical & electrical).
Sound administration skills with an understanding of the importance of paperwork and the accuracy and timeliness of submission of same.
Demonstrate knowledge of L8 compliance.
Demonstrate strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Current 17th IEE Regulations.
Formal qualifications in any of the following; OFTEC, Refrigeration, IPAF etc.
Unvented Hot Water System Qualification.
Formal Qualification as an ECS graded electrician.
C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection.
C&G 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerant.
